Wal-Mart Stores Inc (WMT.N) on Thursday will launch a line of products from small, women-owned companies on its website, its newest push to position itself as a frontrunner in ladies’s financial empowerment.
The Women’s Business School is providing $one hundred eighty,000 in full and matched funding scholarships to deserving ladies starting a business this 12 months. The Women’s Business School is providing two Full Scholarships and 5 Matched Scholarships for each city (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Newcastle, Cairns, Townsville and Perth). The whole of $180,000 in scholarships is being broken down into sixteen Full Scholarships valued at $5000 each and 40 matched funding scholarships of $2500 each.
