Sunday, August 2, 2009:I am questioning? If I give a person credit for one thing they wrote, like once I write a paper, is that plagiarizing? I have been studying so much about that lately. I bear in mind one thing vaguely about public knowledge, because the federal government started the online factor, or am I incorrect, can someone right me? Public information can be used as long as you give it credit.
